We are dedicated to working with you to select your new beautiful cranial prosthesis.
The entire process can take up to a month to complete, depending on the availability of our stocked units and the extent of customization. After you submit your Applicant Documents, one of our specialist will contact you to schedule your first appointment. The first appointment can take an hour or more to complete. Please try to submit your unit customization inspirational photos prior to your first appointment. This will expedite your experience. All Photos may be emailed to submittals@aheadofbeauty.org
What to expect at your first appointment:
-Head measurements will be taken
-We will discuss wig styles available
-Your wig will be ordered
Units typically take 7-10 days for delivery once ordered. Once received, contact us to schedule a virtual fitting via Zoom.
What to expect at your first fitting:
-We will help you with putting your unit on
-We will assess your unit’s fit
-We will educate you on cutting you unit’s lace
-We will discuss your unit’s care and recommend care products
If no further customization is necessary, you’re all done!
