Ahead of Beauty is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing human hair cranial prosthesis to those who have lost their hair due to chemotherapy, radiation treatments, alopecia and burns. We work directly with insurance providers to verify eligibility and file claims on behalf of our patients. We offer our cranial prosthesis units at no cost to those patients that qualify for financial assistance. The process for creating these cranial prosthesis units is costly and time-consuming. Nevertheless, Ahead of Beauty covers all the cost associated with manufacturing and distributing these units to qualifying low-income patients.
